openspades0.0.11 and 0.0.12b startup error...need help

just as i was about to play openspades 0.0.12b as normal...it started to load very slow and pop out this...btw, the 0.0.11 version were also unable to play with the same error even i downloaded it again from the web...my pc specs were enough to support it...anyone have this similar problems???
