This is the energizer, it shoots bolt of energy at a specific wavelength.
I just made this up on the go btw.

Ivan, I think you should extend the scope by about 2-3 blocks, then I suggest you make the stock a bit longer, about 1-2 blocks? Also square up the stock from the end, since its not really a steep surface. Otherwise the gun looks sexy!

You should do a minecraft hand, primed to throw a knife, that has knifes as the tracer skin!
