What stats does an LMG have? I don't know shit about weapons xd

I can't do much with system info, the performance of your PC depends on the system as whole, a comparison is needed to find out how fast something is, but ok. (it also doesn't matter what graphics card you have if it wasn't made before 2000, Voxlap is a software renderer)
The server lags much btw, that's why you have connection problems.

Being in World Wars, HMG would be a better alternative. The damage should be somewhere between 0.75 SMG and rifle, RoF roughly equals to SMG, maybe higher, shit accuracy, overheats. And yes, stationary.

high damage slow reload medium-high rate of fire kinda shit accuracy and make it so you have to deploy bipod or smtn

Basically something like Hompy's MGs? There was such a 4th weapon and I replaced it with the handcannon cause it sucked. I will try to change stats and swap it back if you want it that much. Bot at long time, it will be stationary (just may take some time to implement).

Yes, much like hompy's. Mostly for suppresion fire of course, not for kills. Slow-paced, yes?
If you do separate block damage from player damage, make the HMG's block damage as high as the rifle.
EDIT: make it deployable. And add an sidearm, too. A revolver or a automatic that is roughly the same to modified SMG in the scripts that people use.

yeah, I think that would be good. I agree with sidearm too, but I don't think an automatic sidearm is necessary. something like a revolver or m1911 would be good; high damage with low rate of fire, accurate only in short ranges. maybe make it replace your grenades/binoculars or something. I don't think it's good to clutter the inventory, and a sidearm would be useless for some players anyway

I tried the test version and I think this shows a lot of promise :)
I also really love that you can turn up/down the rendering quality ingame

Sorry, I meant a semi-automatic sidearm :P. But either high damage-low ammo/RoF ->revolver or low damage-high ammo/RoF -> a Colt. There should be one should there be deployable MGs.

I like the way you made the LMG so far, it seems like it'd be a lot of fun to use in a real match.

@spider, I was actually making an MG42 skin a while ago, but I'd need to edit it after doubling the dimensions for this game. there are probably already better MG42 skins available though, but I will post it once I fix it up a bit more

Yes I was too lazy to make a player_dead.kv6 cause models change all the time and I would always have to make it new, so I just put an "empty" KV6 in.

The server is indeed a bit laggy, but it's not like there are enough people playing VXW to open another one somewhere else :P (btw ur on the philipines so you would lag either way)

I think we don't need automatic pistols or whatever, just one simple revolver. Tho' it's likely to be a scripted sidearm.

Again, I meant 'semi-automatic' pistols. 'Automatics' as in semiauto. If I want full-auto, I'd had said 'machine pistol'.
That aside, the pistol should serve as a backup, just enough power to kill a guy who is chasing you. But for MG gunners, maybe a more powerful sidearm?
