That is not even remotely why (you're also wrong about the stats). This is why.

jetpacks should go at the top, as it introduced more squeaker, thus ruining the player community.
the votekick system was horrible to begin with, also.
the fact that the multiplayer has less enjoyable time than most fps' story modes just makes me want to get a time machine, and mysteriously kill off the dev crew a la kill the bad guy style (http://store.steampowered.com/app/293940/), then release the source code.
