Thank you for your advice Xpert, but please note that after a few weeks, we are still going strong, and we have thoroughly thought out most aspects of the clan working, including leadership. We still have things to do and decisions/changes to make, but this clan won't be the one with a dramatic schism. Your comments are a bit late, but appreciated nonetheless.
