RoT IRC Update

Since certain waahbabies in the community don't like the idea of being a part of the (now former) master IRC network because it was started by a former griefer group, RoT IRC will now be located solely at i.r0t.co, no webchat. If you already connected through our node then there's no change, but if you connected through LINESPQR's newly-purified node then you'll need to update your shit.

So, RoT are the guys with the bad network? When the LINESPQR net is the one run by a guy who consulted no-one and randomly shut down his server with no prior warning?
