commands.py translating

Welcome. Is it possible to edit the file commands.py?
That means I know it is a possibility, in the end it's just a text file, but when I try to change the values ​​there (I want to translate various phrases in another language), despite the changes being on the server shows me the phrases in the English language.

For example I want to replace "was healed by" to "test test test", but it still shows me the text"was healed by".

We discussed with a group of people on IRC, but unfortunately we did not find a solution.
