There's different screenshot methods, some ignoring HUD, others capturing it. I'm pretty sure OpenSpades has it built in, check the advances settings on startup and look for the key for it

EDIT

Default is '9' for a sceneshot (no HUD), default is '0' for a screenshot. Try that
