Can't change settings on openspades

My openspades works fine, but i get this message error at start Image
and i can't change options, nor enable startup window...

I think this issue come from that the application can't write on disk, but even if i run it as an administrator, it does not work...

Please help me to understand this message and tell me maybe how to fix this issue.

Not really sure about this, maybe check if all the openspades files you downloaded are all in the folder.
