a little problem

Hello i want a help with this problem well all along i have this error after 30 minutes or less this error apeared

ERROR:

SERVER DISCONECTED

as they solve my ping is:

190-400 is good i cant play

190-400ms ping isn't good at all, try to connect to a server near or in your country.
