These "laggs" are coming from my extremly high in-rate in 0.75.

Probably it's a dumb question to ask, how I could fix my FPS problem,
well the Internet dont gives me any clever help, which is pretty frustrating.
Iam a Noob on this Area, so please don't blame me for throwing around with terms of which I got no Idea.
