Too many hackers in OpenSpades

The amount of hackers is shocking, on one server alone there was about 5 hackers on the Russian Rush match who where mowing us down across the map. Not fun. Please create a way that would allow players to VOTEBAN for around 24hrs atleast or a system capable of better detection.

OpenSpades is just a client. Servers are ran by server owners and are not connected to BnS in any way.

You should realize the actual game is called Ace of Spades, OpenSpades is simply an alternative client that can connect to Ace of Spades 0.75/0.76 servers.

You are most likely playing 0.75, the problem is that cheats such as aimbots and ESPs are very easy to get from a simple Google search, for votekicks there tends to be not enough people who vote. For cheat detection, it's not very accurate, it can't detect some cheats, while it detects false positives from non-cheating players. Also, as long as you have a dynamic IP address or use a proxy it's easy to bypass kicks/bans and hop back in.

You shouldn't forget the fact that OpenSpades is opensource. Every nub with a small knowledge of C++ can code an aimbot. Not even only that, it's also possible to create new kinds of hacks that can't be detected with the current detection scripts.
