Those aren't really the settings of the GPU, try to play openspades and if it doesn't work, then it's probably still too old. (I'm not good with radeon, but sorry to tell you, I don't think it'll work.)

That GPU is more than 10 years old, good luck running OS with that.

Here: When clicking on OS, hold space until it shows this mini tab that has graphics options.
Go to the top and click fullscreen and Voila! I hope this helps :D

Well, I did some research and then downloaded this s2dll thing and even after the download it says the same thing :S
