How sad that the second amendment is still so 'sacred' that mentally diseased people like this guy (who I believe had Aspergers?) have complete access to firearms. This is the result. Congratulations America, your intellect is stunning.

Even if weapons were banned criminals would still be able to get firearms by using tor and then going to Silk Road and then having access to full auto shit. When they would get banned people owning them wouldn't care of previous restrictions and go out and buy RPGs grenades, machine guns and shit instead of semi auto weapons.

That is true, but if it is harder to get it, the overall crime rate will decrease. Most killings happen on a spur-of-the-moment anger-fueled desire for vengeance. They go buy a gun (no waiting period) and the deed is done. Most people are not as serious as to going on black markets etc. But then again, where there is a will, there is a way.

Of course this guy never got laid; attitude like that :D

Actually you kinda have to have background checks, and I think that even you have a eating period to get a gun (not sure tho) getting them from the BM would be a little eaiser but you would need more cash. Also banning them may lead to violence. I believe that they need to be regulated but not banned

I wonder how many killing sprees by retarded maniacs (who may seem normal to any background check) will it take for them to realize there's more costs than benefits to having public access to firearms. There are crazy fucks in every country, but I'd rather be in one where the chances of them having a gun are a bit lower.

That guy is mentally unstable. I think the reason why is that he lacks empathy. That is what most killers or mass murderes lack. That is why they can do it with out feeling bad; and personally that would suck. :( (Also he probably had a bad father)

Pretty much. Someone should've told him the possible disappointment that can come from sex or a relationship. It really isn't all that what people make it to be.
