Not a good idea on focusing on skills more than activity though. A lot of skilled clan have been disbanded due to inactivity. Anyways, about the "requirement" 80 and 3.0 is a bit OK to me but there are a lot of players that doesn't focus on skill wise. They can be objective wise and etc.

Anywho, set standards your current members can actually achieve, it's extremely unfair to applicants.(I've played with most of your members, half of them suck ass, according to you standards) Also, being able to reach 200 kills has literally nothing to do with skill, Fritz and Xenon. It's 100% based on the amount of time you have and are willing to spend sitting in a server for a shitty game.

I tried to make it less blurry and that's the best I got
I believe getting 14 times the normal requirements in terms of KDR, but only 7.1% of the kills required is worth it.
