tuning a guitar as a capo 4th fret

so i found the song that i want to play but there needs to be capo on 4th fret and i dont have a capo unfortunately so even tho i know there could be string tension but i rlly want to know this so anyone knows what tune should i change to

Eh, I'm not really sure what you'd need to tune it to. I'd reccomend getting a capo as soon as possible. If you have a pencil and a rubber band, you can make a little makeshift capo, it'll work until you can buy one.

Tuning to fourth? Weird tuning to play open. Literally just buy a capo they're really cheap.
