No, you can't "tweak" AoS to make it OpenGL, because Jagex bought the game. That means we can't mess around with the source and modify the game. We can however make new games/clients based on AoS (For Example: OpenSpades).

To be honest I just want somebody to remake AOS in an updated version of the voxlap engine so I can still run it on my shit PC
