Blurry text throughout the game

First of all, thank you in advance for your help. I just installed Open Spades. When I start the launcher, it seems to work fine as well as the game. The problem is that all of the text is unreadable. It is clearly present, but all I see are white lines. The game looks like its running fine. I cannot change any of the options because I can't actually read them. Can anyone help?

I have Windows 7 64 bit.
