I freeze when shoots (0.0.11)

So everything is in the title. When I shoots I have a little freeze of O.5 second. This was not the case before and I changed nothing ... I don't understand.
I already try to reboot my computer (I'm not stupid Green_tongue ). Help me please Green_Nothappy
