Before I get bombarded by spackers all over the forum, here the question: How to mod OpenSpades?
I do know Slab6 well and mod AoS well, but OpenSpades confuses me.
Also, out-of-topic question: OS seems to support software mode, does it require OpenGL like normal hi-res whatever mode?

I still haven't tried modding for OS 0.0.11, but in 0.0.10 it is relatively similar to normal AoS, you just need to instead of making a picture out of the ironsights, make them in actual SLAB6, in the right proportions and place for the gun. If they are out of position, you need to manually place them correctly with Adjust Pivots, and so and such.

There seems to be 2 models for this, is there?
And to model them, is there any kind of templates or it must be started from scratch? How small are they? Can I make a telescopic sight(=sniper scope) without having it gone wrong?
Thanks for your quick response.

Well, there are multiple models. I haven't touched OS in a while but if I'm not mistaken, Weapon is what appears in third-person, WeaponNoMagazine is the model you hold and Magazine is, well, the magazine. There are also 2 to 3 models for the sights, usually one for the back and one for the front halves of it.
And well, you can start from scratch but it takes quite a while to get the positioning of the sights right. Usually a lot longer than it does to actually make the sights.
And yeah, I believe it is entirely possible to make a sniper scope, although it would look pretty big and would need to be very detailed to work. I also think you might need to get the Reflex Sight script for the crosshairs.

Thanks. I have read the modding guide on yvt's github, but I'm not so entirely sure. By the looks of it, you(I) need to pack sights, sounds(if any, I don't and I will never add sounds) and models into one single .pak file, put it in Resource folder, and create a Gfx folder to put the sights and sounds in. Am I right?

Yeah, sights and models both use the same file for each weapon. I don't think you need to put them in a .pak to upload them, as anyone with 7Zip can open the OpenSpades files and copypaste it there.
And if I'm not mistaken sounds go in a different folder, but I'd have to double check it.
