I don't see what's wrong with someone bringing up that a person hacks into the limelight of the clan he applied to. If anything, he is doing a favour to the leader and his clan members by letting them know that this person was caught hacking on a server. Wouldn't you appreciate it if you were notified that a person who applied to your clan was caught hacking? Now how is that off-topic? Hell a person notifying the clan of such a person might be one of the most helpful thing one can do on a clan thread. Moreover, Nikhao presented his concern in a reasonable manner without the use of any inciteful remarks and so did Jdrew. Why you thought you had to step in and stop this "mockery" is beyond me.

I sincerely apologize for this absence. I have suffered from a severe strike of illness and I am just recovering from it now. This is not the only reason for my hiatus, but it has played the biggest role in it. Now that I am strong enough to come back to the computer (or rather even have access at all), I will be able to review the applications that I have received. Once again, my sincere apologies for this. This came as a complete surprise.
