It seems somewhat unlikely that this guy was in Komrades. I mean, look at his application "Timezone: Philippine time" "Why do you want to join: To help this clan." I'd expect a little higher quality answers from a former Komrade, just saying.

your right i know the application is important thing before i accept people I thought about alot for this application and i talked to one of the co owner n generals and they voted yes so i accepted him and see how he acts in a clan as i said i won't promote him n kick him if he don't deserve a member spot

Komrades forums are down, afaik. Never heard or seen him before, it's kind of shifty. Anywho, it's not that big of a deal but people like that generally have shitty reputations and that could come back and haunt you. I'd get a Komrade to verify,
