Pulling this back on topic I want to share with you some of my thoughts about these new rules.
Ok so if you don't know BnS has a mumble, it's where a lot of us hang out and talk. It's also where the most talk/speculation about the leagues happen (only just beating the IRC as most people idle and don't talk until a match is incoming). So one thing that was talked about is how to handle the play off's this season and so the 3 rounds rule appeared (I'd give credit to someone if I could remember just who pitched it), and to be honest I loved it then and I am glad it's the way forward for this season. It's a solid way of showing who is more dominant and therefore the most able team that deserved to move on. To me it was just too simple to leave it at one match, especially the final game (plus it stretches out the league a bit more to give us all some more voxel goodness.) Anyway, the thing I am most eager to see emphasized is just how dependant this is on core team work and actual ability in order to win the minimum two game requirements. Ok so your team won some games throughout the regular season with no consequences, but now it's knock out stage and you got to win twice or more to get through. This is going to lead to some nice cliffhanger matches and some definite drama.
So yeah, good luck to all those who got through and I'm thrilled you all love the new changes.

Next saturday we will have 5 or more players available. + I don't think it's fair to play 5v2. There should be a rule about teams playing sizes somewhere. OH THERE IT IS!tin wrote:That's true. danhezee wrote:Subbing is allowed, but to participate in a match at least 4 core members from each team must play in the match. Players from the opposing team reserve the right to veto anyone they don’t feel comfortable with.So yeah... it didn't count.
