This guy's immaturity is a bad image for you clan, KICKED. I suggest you do a background check on your members before you even accept them. You know, ask some people around the forum if the applicant did anything bad before.

Anyway, here's some proof of his immaturity in-game.








One more thing, if ever you encounter someone you don't know, don't insult them right after you kill them. Who knows, you might be swearing at an admin in disguise or a veteran under an alias(like what happened yesterday). It rubs off a bad impression on people and makes your clan more likely to be hated and resented. And about that second clan of yours, you can just make another rank for trainees instead of making another one specifically for your newer members.

I haven't seen your members' applications. It's only that one guy who applied on the thread. Did they just PM you the application or something? 'Cuz it's a bit strange of you to put in members when they don't have an app(for example, Arcild). It's not restricted for you to just add members with just a snap of a finger, but it shows that you accept anyone foolish enough to just join your clan in-game, with no formal means, anyone who's too lazy to post in this thread, which gives you less contact and control of them. It just means that you have bad leadership, and probably, terrible members(not pointing this on anyone within the clan).
