The fact that there would be peace is an interesting prospect - Who will trell us?
Who will be there to guide us?
I mean, zeb does a decent job but he's no Jdrew!

In some communities, people get banned for long durations for very small things like saying a minor swear word once, or for just disagreeing with an admin. Just because bans aren't handed out very often in BnS doesn't mean it would be a rash thing to do, especially in this case.
