well, their own problem
if they were to enter in the EU with Ukraine they would probably reach much better living conditions in the long term than with Russia.

They are still worse than Russia.

And yeah, remember Turkey? They are still waiting for EU membership, like 30 years, there are no sense for talking about Ukraine, which standards of living even worse than Turkey's

Ukraine recalled its ambassador
Ukraine has recalled its ambassador for consultations in Russia - Vladimir Elchenko. On Monday, March 17th, the press service of the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry.

The report states that the decision to recall its ambassador related to the situation around the Autonomous Republic of Crimea and the need to discuss some of its international aspects. Other details of the decision agency does not lead .

Yet look at Poland, Ukraine's northern neighbor. Poland's GDP (PPP) Per capita is almost 3 times as high as Ukraine's ($21,118 vs $7,422). This is why Ukrainians want to join the EU.

In Donetsk protesters announced the creation of "independent republic"
Pro-Russian activists who captured the regional administration building in Donetsk, announced the creation of the "Independent Republic of Donetsk."

Putin first time came to Crimea after it's accession

Russian President Vladimir Putin arrived in Sevastopol on Victory Day. This is the first visit of the head of state on the peninsula after the Crimea became part of Russia.
