You either:

1. Installed it incorrectly, didn't replace the scopes
Or
2. The model for the gun is in the wrong position.
Or
3. The creator of the mods accidentally didn't put the right scopes in for the mod you downloaded.

I think that you are using the wrong version, mine works perfectly and is 0.0.10
