Its fine and I have decided to give a new format for those who want to apply for a clan match with us.

How many players do you have ready?
What timezone do you guys mainly use?
What game mode is proposed?
Are there any former troublemakers in your team?
Are you willing to respect basic server rules and act maturely during the match?
Are you willing to co operate with planning?
What server do you propose to have this match in?
What is the goal for both teams you propose?
What is the time limit?
Are you willing to accept consequences if you show up late, are found of cheating, or don't show up at the match at all?
Will you act maturely if you win or lose?
Do you have Skype?

I am also giving ohh clan full access rights over uav's previous recruitment guidelines. Its a bit outdated with the proper nouns being uav and such. But is very easy to replace with ohh clan and stuff like that.

This is what you will do next, it will be quite easy and will only take 1 week for us to make a decision about it. You are about to post an application, below is the criteria which you must fit into to remind you again and the application format.

3.Must have a good temper
4.Must have ratio of 2 for average
5.Must have good grammar
6.Must be contributive and dedicated

8.Must be respectful
9.Does not resort to verbal abuse or disregarding rules
10.Must regard rules
11.Must have understanding of the internet usage
12.Must know english

If you are befitting of that you may move on to apply. Follow the format with correct grammar and spelling. Be sure to give as much info as possible.

This is [PAV]Jon/Derp, leader of [PAV]. Well as you have seen from the clan introduction section that we are a social clan that takes maturity and activity very seriously. So if you need a refresher of rules please look over them again in the Announcements section. Now that we all are aware of rules and the what this clan is about; let us start about your membership. It is split into 3 sections; Interview, Testing, and Application. So lets start with the interview; it will take place in the council skype chat, where you will be invited privately. So if you have a skype account please private message me or any other member so we can add you as a contact, arrange a date, add you to chat, and be able to do an interview. However if you don't have skype please go download it or it will be a bit harder on contacting you. The interviewers will be council members and the leaders. We will simply ask a few questions and you can be done in 15 minutes. We will then analyze the info and get a result to whether you fit our requirements. Also the chances of you getting you into our clan don't entirely depend on this interview but also on the other components. Now wait for a week or so and we will message you on skype to tell you the results and the 2 dates of testing on the private server with leaders. Do not sweat or be nervous during the interview as its just a first impression and it isn't going to be extremely hard for you to answer the questions. Just be as truthful and co operative as possible and things should go smoothly.

The testing will be just some little exercises of skill training and to see the ratio and skill you've got. This doesn't really matter to if you will be able to get into our clan as we just want to see where you are in the game skill. It will be quick and the rules will be given to you privately on skype a few days after the results have been messaged. Be sure to remember to always check your skype to not miss any messages about results, dates, confirmations, and other info updates. Over all testing is simple and quick, so you can either train a bit for it as the dates will be 2 days predetermined or just go in without any second doubts and be confident in yourself.

Now thanks for taking your time in reading this. By the end of this part of your application into the clan we will have assesed the info of both tests and given you the ability to proceed to the next part of writing an application. Jon if you really have to write SO detailed information about EVERYthing, you can discuss it with me on skype and i tell you how to say all these things in 5-6 sentences. There is really NO need to write everything like writing some novel.
Oh and please don't change the rules for every clan member that we've already set up some time ago.

Dare there is nothing wrong about being sophisticated. The quotes from UAV and PAV are just there for reference. If we need to use them you can take a look. Just putting them out there, and I'm not enforcing them. We will however use that match app format so people follow a procedure and we know we aren't getting cheated out of the experience of fun. Homo clan, if you want to act like that, in all means go ahead, but we won't be having a match then until you guys decide to agree to our terms.
