10 BS to OTE (Left side, but stop right before I would make border contact with Italy if I continued. If I reach that far then use the rest of my attack on the right side of OTE.)

Icecream, I'd love to attack AUH or Italy, but Italy isn't really an option because OTE will continue to cut me off and waste time. AUH is at war with me still, which diverts some of their BS to me, so attacking them will only reduce the odds of me getting a good roll on the Russo-Turkish front and eliminating OTE, which is my plan at the moment. Once they are out of the way I can focus all my forces on Italy and AUH without interference.
