maybe u forwarded your port wrong open the cmd.exe on windows, type ipconfig in and look at your ipv4 adress it must be xxx.xxx.xxx.2 for example check out your forwarded ports if it has the same number at the end! If not correct that and i think it will works then

how to show it up on the servelist page:
u must turn master broadcatsing on, go in your server login and make /master, so it will show up on the page ! ;)
or turn ''master in the config.txt to true
