Making you have to DOWNLOAD the picture kind of takes away the purpose of having pictures. You know, Viruses and such.

Sorry, I dont know how to insert the picture with the text. Can someone show me how to do that???

First, get your photo to a image hosting site.
http://postimage.org/ is a good site I recommend.
Next, you should see several different links once you have uploaded your image. Choose the "direct link" link, copy and post it in the thread with the img command(left of the "Normal" bar you'll see at the top of your "post a reply" box).
The link goes in the middle of the img command, and preview it to make sure the picture is visible.




Voila! The image should appear in your thread now, as I have demonstrated here.
