T1 Cycler

This is my second skin. The T1 Cycler is the default assault rifle for the Terran Republic in the MMOFPS known as Planetside 2.
I apologize for no T1 Cycler sounds being in the download. I don't know how to get sound files from the Planetside 2 directory, and believe me, I looked all around for ways to do it, and I just couldn't figure out how.
This will replace the SMG.
