It looks like that weapon was made the wrong way round, and I don't think you can rotate with pivots, so you'll have to find another skin that is the correct way round. It would be helpful if you posted a link to the offending kv6 file of the skin as well.

I made a gun that came out like this too. Did you ever figure out how to rotate the guns?

To rotate a skin, open it in slab6 and look at it directly from the front of the barrel. You don't have to be too precise. When you did that, click on the "Tools" section and then "Set default orient.: what you see". If that doesn't work, tell me.
