Honestly with a little bit more polak polish the game would be ready to be released.

Ah yes, uni's started for me. And yeah, I currently don't have a strong motivation to work on Iceball right now.

The reason not many people have posted is because the engine is solid. Now all that needs to happen is feature development.

I'm gunna say it again. Our playerbase is not large enough to support 2 client-server protocols. That is the ONLY non-trivial problem with Iceball.

Most features and bugs can be sorted out without updating the engine, anyway.
We can add features gradually, and only the servers need to update (well, until we roll out a newer client which breaks fw compat with an earlier version). If you just lump on a bunch of features without telling anyone or testing it outside of your circle of coworkers, you end up with AoJ 1.0.
Every now and then, when I restart the server, I find some random is on there. Ideally I'd like to get better join/quit statistics, but it IS getting peoples' interest... somehow.

Since nothing new is really happening with the Engine (again, it's really solid). All the needs to happen is Lua development.
You could start posting updates about those. That would actually get me to login rather than just look at a screenshot.
ANYWAYS... I also want to see better OpenGL support. Still getting a ton of stutter.

Very interested. I finally compiled, my goal in a bit is to fix the mouse control (x axis speed when looking at the ground) but I highly doubt I'll manage to
