HOW DO I MAKE A MAP HELP

How do I make a map? What app do I use? I want to get into modding for this game, I already have ideas, but I need HELP!
depends on the kind of map you want to do.
For Arena maps/maps with complicated buildings:
Visit http://hosting.buildandshoot.com, use a template and build your map in-game with the existing tools.
For easy maps:
