It looks like from WWII Trenchgun...

But, I do have a double barreled shotgun in my old armory :D

There is a Trench shotgun in The Emperia Armory. Very nice skin.

Well you can use my shotgun, change the sounds, change models etc. and you've got another shotgun with custom animations...
