when is Deadline for registering a Team?

You can register a team at any point during the first part of the season. The deadline is may 19th, but if you wait till the last day you may not get any games in.

No official way to arrange matches yet. Working on a system in the meantime, send pm's get on irc and mumble and talk to other teams.

Teams should #BnS.Leagues when you are ready to fight. I'll be around must of the weekend so I or anyone else op'd can get a match going to for you.
