If you would be able to shift the time to 10 am GMT on Saturday we would be able to play a match with you.

If you guys try to have a match and cant find an admin please post about it here. So we have a record of it. The goal is to always have an admin available and we will grow the team if we need more admins

I think you need more admins. If I remember correctly, we couldnt have one match (Dr. vs LiR) because of a missing admin and there were some matches where both teams were ready (even this step is difficult enough), but we had to wait for an admin. Mostly, some members have got only a limited time and it is pretty annoying to beep admins like 5 times and I guess its pretty annoying for the admins too. I know that admins have a reallife too and we cant expect them to be 24/7 on their PC/IRC, but I dont see why the admin team is that small then.. (I mean the active admins and not them who have @ in the IRC, but dont start any matches etc.).
I would suggest adding more european admins. I dont know how it works for american/australien teams.. Most teams are from europe, adding more admins there would be the best idea I guess.
