Build and Shoot

My game now runs the option menu at 1fps while the main menu and game run at a max on 5 fps. Previously i could run at a solid 40-80 fps. My specs are Intel b960 with integrated graphics, and 4 gb of ddr3 ram. i am running at 1024x768 at lowest settings, help.

what do you mean previously and bump down your resolution more, turn off grenade smoke, etc
