Laggy a/f, unwatchable, how the hell were you able to play?
Also, your eye is not a camera, disable lens flare. Disabling all other eyecandy might help with fps too.

Yeah, my ping is generally around 176m/s... Its more the FPS of the screen video is terrible so it looks like its really laggy...
Okaay. I have no idea how to disable the lens flare... Pls tell me!

Open Advanced options tab in OpenSpades startup screen and look for options starting with "r_".
0 to disable,
1 to enable.
Be careful, don't change too many options at once or you will have no idea why game is not starting.

OK. I've changed lens flare. What difference is it meant to make?

Never.
And lens flare isn't exactly good taste for photographers, unless it's the main thing you focus on. One man's trash is another's treasure or whatever way the hobos put it; people playing Battlefield 4 with their settings set to max IMHO are hopeless.
