Build and Shoot

Hello, I need your help.

So, I started modding and I got the model stuff down. But there is way more than I thought. Such as gun size in game, scopes, etc. I was wondering if someone that has skill doing these types of things can help me out.
I would really appreciate if I got some help. The tutorials on the forums don't help much.
