Do you have any antivirus programs installed?
Do you have any filters or special DNS servers?
Do you have any firewalls?
Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling Open Spades?
Have you tried resetting your network settings/router/modem?

It's doing the same for me, but it's the server lists online. Aloha's, Echelon's, and BnS's are all perma-frozen. All server lists are this way.
