Hsshtr damage hacking

while I was playing l MGC l Gaming-UK Hallway #2 24/7 and a player named hsshtr joined and started to destroy out front defenses over and over after we replaced them. then he proceeded to trap me and other players in blocks, then he started to TK me. and when you think he's just a troll he switches team teleports somewhere and proceeds to damge and kill me with a damage hack after each time I spawned over and over again, then he started a vote kick and proceed to insult me through them. Is there a way to stop this guy?
