How to fix screen resolution

Im stupid and put resolution on 1920x1080 now i cant change my settings so now i cant play game cause im retarded. someone please help me 
Nevermind i fixed it
but if anyone else had the same problem go to you this file location
My PC> Local Disk > Users > (your username) > Appdata > roaming.
find the OpenSpades folder and delete it then empty your recylcing bin.
