I use OpenSpades 0.0.11 and mi PC specs are:

RAM:4 Gb
Processor:Pentium(R)Dual-Core CPU 3.00GHz
GPU:Intel(R)G41 Express Chipset

Pretty sure it's mandatory you have to have a sound outlet such as speakers or headphones.
At the setup for 0.11 go to "Audio" then select "Null".
