1.How do I install gun mods? I found a pretty neat SKS (can't remember by who though) and I want to install it, as (in my opinion) the stock rifle is horrible.
2. How do I change the stock crosshair? I hate the stock crosshair, it's pretty inaccurate. If someone could send me a link to a good crosshair without that stupid circle, but instead a proper dot, it would be greatly appreciated! As well as to how I install it, of course.

1. You can install gun mods in OpenSpades folder>Ressources>pak010-BaseSkin.pak. Open it with WinRar, then go into Models>Weapons>[the_weapon_you_want_to_replace], and drag&drop the kv6 files of your downloaded mod in the weapon's folder.

2. You can find some good things here like crosshairs for example. There is a good red dot crosshair on this topic. Otherwise, the crosshair's files are located in pak000-Base.pak>Gfx. The files are sight.png and sight.tga.
