You can use mods in this yes. Just check Resources/Models and Resources/Gfx for like Sights etc.

Those of you who are having issues with the aiming because the iron sight gets in the way when strafing or running, check this.

I basically made a kv6 mod to lower the rifle a block down, so it looks exactly the same just lower, also shorted the player arm so because of the rifle being lower, it isn't holding it at an awkwardly high position.

This method doesn't help me exactly change the white target. I'm more or less okayish with the ironsights, but that circle thing on the white target needs to go.

It's actually easy. Go to the resources/gfx folder, then open the Sight.tga and Sight.png file both in Photoshop or whatever. Edit the sight as you want it, then save both again, the .tga file is short for targa. Also I've noticed the minimum pixels you can use is 4 it seems like. Currently using a 4pix red dot, works good.

I wonder how can you install mods though... I already know how to edit the .pak files but, I have no Idea how to Code them properly or whatever step is needed to make the custom textures and sounds work...

I know this may be an annoying request but it could help out other modders as well...

Nonsense, there is no coding needed to change the models. It's still uses slab for the models, I presume.

Try to stay away from the sounds, there are just waaaaaay too many sound files for each gun. ALSO I've already converted most of my mods. It's not hard but it's a slightly lengthier process than the original client.

Also to make it easier playing you need to do quite a bit of editing to the controls and perhaps even the visual settings as some of them get in the way. Once done, it'll get easier to play. Lowering the rifle was definitely a huge help for me.

Also turn ragdoll off if you play servers like Stormwind, it makes it far easier to revive via teabagging.

EDIT:I checked today what OpenGL version I have , I don't remember it exactly but I think it was 2.1.2,I have OpenGL but can't play OS then?

Can anybody tell me that when I the entire screen flashes black? I can't play I can move around and shoot move via the minimap but I can't really do anything, It just flahes red, does anybody know how to fix this? or am I doing something wrong..

Hey when I open it up, it works like a charm! But there's a HUGE error: my 'D' key won't work. My D stopped working and it won't do anything, not even a wiggle! All jokes aside, my fuckin' 'D' key doesn't work. :T

OMG the samething happens to me, basicly when we load up the game the screen is always black or red, the only thing we can see is the hud, so the actual game renders as red or black instead of seing the game, and when we shoot the screen flickers, also if u look around the sun is visiable, so the conclusion is all the stuff taht is preset like the sun, hud , cursor is there but the game just renders as black or red
