SMG - The lag maker.

Hi! My first post (GREEN MASTER RACE, DEATH TO BLUE SCUM)

I play AoS from before it was released on steam (aka simple site with some devnotes and 0.75 available, f2p), and the game always run smoothly, then switched to BnS and kept using the old client.

However, I recently installed OpenSpades and frankly, it is quite better. There is one thing that bothers me, however. And that thing is my inability to use the SMG. It lags like hell when I shoot, and the SMG used to be my favorite weapon in the old game.

I turned down all settings and it still lags, but a bit less than with the settings turned up.

Therefore, help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Well, first off, in the options at the start up window in OpenSpades, look for "Hit indicator" and turn it off. It tends to lag the shit out of your system.

Second, download something that Icarus North made that actually doubles your FPS: (Seriously, originally, I got 27 fps but with this thing, I got 48 :D)

It's something to reduce smoke...

Just found out the cause of it. It was a debug hit thingy that was lagging the heck out of me when I shot. But thanks for helping <3
