i stopped working on tspd a long time ago... even a fair while before willy announced that we'd be working on our game together.
sorry, but i haven't been interested in doing this for a long time and any more updates (from me, at least) are very unlikely

If you have the source of tpsd-15 lying somewhere nearby, could you please re-upload it? No big deal if you can't find it, I still have a long way to go till I manage to do something with it.

tspd-14.zip - Dropbox (based on OS 11)
having trouble uploading other (I have 13, 12, 11 and 5)
If anyone has the latest source, I would be thankful.

(but even without the source, Chameleon manages to make his zoomfov in 12b, for each weapon individually)
