Just try running software render, because it says that OpenGL is the problem.

It's probably because your graphics card (ATI Radeon 3200 HD Graphics) is out-dated & could be the reason why it doesn't work on OpenGL. My laptop has an intergrated chipset (basically a potato) and still says that "Your video card supports all required OpenGL extensions/features" but I'm still not able to play it on OpenGL, therefore I'm forced to play on Software Render even though I prefer playing on the voxlap version on my laptop.
My desktop runs a GeForce 210. It's an out-dated video card as well but it allows me to play on OpenGL.
Anyway I'm not a computer expert, but I have basic computer knowledge so being a total dick just to correct me, doesn't help at all. This is my opinion and answer.
No, I'm not new, stop being ageist scrub.

He's got a picture saying that his video card supports all required OpenGL extensions/features but it's OpenGL version is 2.1.8796, and I remember people having issues if they had lower then version 3.
